Introduction

Adobe Acrobat Sign for Enterprise includes the “full” version of the Adobe e-signature service. Acrobat Sign is available to current faculty/staff “knowledge worker” employees and enrolled students. Note well: Acrobat Sign is not Acrobat Pro, the PDF editing software.

Get Acrobat Sign

1. Get Acrobat Sign License
Sign in with your @siu.edu email address and SIU password at the link below and click Continue. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

If you can’t sign in at the link above: Sign in with your @siu.edu email address and Adobe password at the link below, change the Primary email (Adobe ID) to a personal email address, and try again to get a license.

2. Activate Acrobat Sign
Sign in with your @siu.edu email address and SIU password at the link below. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

3. Sign In to Adobe Acrobat
Open the Adobe Acrobat app and sign in with your @siu.edu email address and SIU password. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

4. Request E-Signatures
Open the Request E-signatures tool, select a file, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • New Acrobat User Interface: Open the hamburger menu (stack of three horizontal lines) and select Request e-signatures.
  • Legacy Acrobat User Interface: Open the E-Sign menu and select Request E-signatures.
