Introduction

Acrobat Sign for Enterprise includes the “full” version of the Adobe e-signature service. Acrobat Sign is available to current faculty/staff employees.

Note well: SIU School of Medicine customers must direct Adobe requests to the SIU SOM IT support queue (techsupport@siumed.edu).

Activate Acrobat Sign

  1. Request Acrobat Sign license: Sign in here with your SIU email credentials and click Continue. If prompted, select Company or School Account.
  2. Sign in to Acrobat Sign: Open https://adobesign.com/public/login and sign in with your SIU email credentials. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

Verify Acrobat Sign Activation

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Select the Request E-signatures tool.
    • New Acrobat user interface: Open the hamburger menu (stack of three horizontal lines) and select Request e-signatures.
    • Legacy Acrobat user interface: Open the E-Sign menu and select Request E-signatures.
  3. If the Request E-Signatures tool is missing, then sign out the Adobe ID and sign in again with your SIU email credentials. If prompted, select Company or School Account.
  4. Select a file and follow the on-screen prompts to send out an agreement for e-signature.
