Introduction

Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat Pro and 20+ creative apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Creative Cloud is available to current faculty/staff “knowledge worker” employees and enrolled students.

Can I install my Adobe app on another computer?
“Your individual license lets you install your Adobe app on more than one computer, sign in (activate) on two, but use it on only one computer at a time.”

Get Creative Cloud

Institutional Device

1. Request Creative Cloud
Submit a Software Request for Adobe Creative Cloud. For automatic software installation, the computer must be online and connected to the campus network. Remote workers must be signed in to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).

2. Activate Creative Cloud
SIU Carbondale: Upon installation, open the Adobe Creative Cloud app and sign in:

  1. Enter your @siu.edu email address.
  2. Enter your SIU password.
  3. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

SIU Alumni Association & SIU Foundation: Upon installation, open the Adobe Creative Cloud app and sign in:

  1. Enter your @alumni.siu.edu or @foundation.siu.edu email address.
  2. Enter your Adobe password.
  3. If prompted, select Personal Account and the Southern Illinois University – Carbondale profile.

3. Install Apps
Go to the Apps tab, browse the apps catalog, and click the Install button next to an app.

Personal Device

1. Sign in Adobe ID
Sign in at the link below with your @siu.edu email address and SIU password. If prompted, select Company or School Account.

If you can’t sign in at the link above: Sign in with your @siu.edu email address and Adobe password at the link below, change the Primary email (Adobe ID) to a personal email address, and try again.

2. Get Creative Cloud License
While signed in with the Adobe ID, copy-and-paste this link to the same window:

3. Open Creative Cloud Website
While signed in with the Adobe ID, copy-and-paste this link to the same window:

4. Download App Installers
Browse the app categories and click Download next to an app.

5. Install App
Upon download, open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
