Request Adobe Software

Upon approval of an Adobe software request, a license is assigned to the Adobe ID.

SIU School of Medicine customers must direct Adobe requests to the SIU SOM IT support queue (techsupport@siumed.edu).

Available Adobe Software

Acrobat Pro

Acrobat Pro includes the Acrobat Pro desktop software and web app. Acrobat Pro is included in Creative Cloud All Apps which is available to current faculty/staff employees and enrolled students.

Acrobat Sign for Enterprise

Acrobat Sign for Enterprise includes the “full” version of the Adobe e-signature service. Acrobat Sign is available to current faculty/staff employees.

Captivate

Captivate includes the eLearning authoring desktop software. The Creative Cloud All Apps bundle does not include Captivate.

Creative Cloud All Apps

Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat Pro and 20+ creative apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Creative Cloud is available to current faculty/staff employees and enrolled students.

Adobe ID Usernames & Passwords

For primary SIU domains, the Adobe ID is linked to the SIU email address and SIU password.

License Activation / Deactivation

Activation: Open the Adobe app and sign in the Adobe ID to activate the license on the device.

Deactivation: Open the Adobe app and sign out the Adobe ID to deactivate the license on the device.
