Install ERDAS IMAGINE

Personal Device

Upon approval of an ERDAS IMAGINE software request for a personal device, the installer and node locked activation ID are distributed by email.

SIU Carbondale

Upon approval of an ERDAS IMAGINE software request for an SIU Carbondale device, the software installs automatically over the campus network and the node locked activation ID is distributed by email.

1. Connect to the campus network. If working remotely or on a private network, sign into the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
2. Stay online and connected to the campus network for several hours, then open ERDAS IMAGINE to confirm successful installation.
3. Proceed to Activate ERDAS IMAGINE below.

SIU School of Medicine

Upon approval of an ERDAS IMAGINE software request for an SIU School of Medicine device, the installer and license information is forwarded to School of Medicine IT (techsupport@siumed.edu) for installation.

Activate ERDAS IMAGINE

1. Licensing Error
Open ERDAS IMAGINE 2022, then click OK to close the Licensing Error window.

2. Welcome to the Hexagon Geospatial licensing wizard
Select Node Locked Activation ID, copy and paste the code, then click Next.

3. You have completed the Hexagon Geospatial licensing wizard
Click Finish.
