Request JMP Pro

Upon approval of a JMP Pro software request for manual installation, the installer is distributed by email. JMP Pro licenses must be updated each year.

Install JMP Pro

1. Uninstall Expired JMP Pro 16
Uninstall any expired installations of JMP Pro 16, then delete the C:\Program Files\SAS\JMPPRO\16 folder.

2. Installer ISO
Download the installer ISO, then open it with Windows Explorer.

3. Installer
Close all running applications, navigate to JMP\JMP_Pro\16_0\Windows, then open the setup.exe installer.

4. JMP Pro 16
Click Next.

5. Choose Destination Location
Click Next.

6. Installation Options
Click Next.

7. Ready to Install the Program
Click Install.

8. InstallShield Wizard Complete
Check Check for JMP software updates, then click Finish.

Troubleshoot

1. Corrupted Installer ISO: If the installer ISO is corrupted and does not open, then download again with a different web browser. To verify successful download, compare the cryptographic hash value.

2. Third-Party Archive Utilities: Open the installer ISO with Windows Explorer. If necessary, temporarily disable or uninstall third-party archive utilities like 7-Zip, WinRAR, and WinZip, then re-open the installer ISO.
