Request JMP Pro
Upon approval of a JMP Pro software request for a personal device, the installer is distributed by email. JMP Pro licenses must be updated each year.
License Cycle: 6/30/2023 thru 6/29/2024

Install JMP Pro for Mac
1. Trash JMP Pro
Go to the Applications folder, then trash all previous installations of JMP Pro.
2. Installer ISO
Download the JMP Pro 17 for Mac installer ISO, then open it with Finder.
3. Installer DMG
Navigate to JMP\JMP_Pro\17_0\Macintosh, then open the jmppro__1700__mac.dmg disk image with Finder.
4. Installer Package
Close all running applications, then open the JMP Pro 17.pkg installer.
5. Welcome to the JMP Pro 17 Installer
Click Continue.
6. Custom Install
Click Continue.
7. Standard Install
Click Install.
8. The installation was completed successfully
Click Close.
Install JMP Pro for Windows
1. Uninstall JMP Pro
Uninstall all previous installations of JMP Pro, then delete the C:\Program Files\SAS\JMPPRO folder.
2. Installer ISO
Download the JMP Pro 17 for Windows installer ISO, then open it with Windows Explorer.
3. Installer Program
Close all running applications, navigate to JMP\JMP_Pro\17_0\Windows on the mounted installer drive, then open the jmppro__1700__win.exe installer.
4. JMP Pro 17
Click Next.
5. Choose Destination Location
Click Next.
6. Select Features
Click Next.
7. Ready to Install the Program
Click Install.
8. InstallShield Wizard Complete
Click Finish.
Troubleshoot
1. Corrupted Installer ISO: To verify successful download, compare the file checksum with the table below. If the checksum does not match, then download again with a different web browser.

2. Third-Party Archive Utilities: Open the Mac installer DMG with Finder and the Windows installer ISO with Windows Explorer. If necessary, temporarily disable or uninstall third-party archive utilities like 7-Zip, WinRAR, and WinZip.
