Open the ArcGIS CityEngine app.
Configure Licensing Portal:
1. Select ArcGIS Enterprise.
2. Enter: https://siucarbondale.maps.arcgis.com/
3. Click OK.
Sign in to SIU Carbondale (Academic Use):
1. Click Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
2. Sign in with your @siu.edu email address and password.

Administrative Use

These instructions apply to administrative use:
* Academic Administration
* Administrative Use
* Auxiliary Use
* Institutional Research
Departmental purchase required:
* Buy ArcGIS CityEngine (Administrative Use)
