Factory Reset Yealink MP54

Here is a list of steps to factory reset the MP54. Please only do this if instructed by Telecommunications or IT staff.
Reset the Yealink MP54 Through Dial Pad
* Before factory resetting, try to turn the device off for about 30 seconds, then on again. *
1) Once device is in idle (login screen or main screen), press and hold both the * and # key for ~6 seconds.
2) Once the prompt “Reset Device to Factory Settings?” appears, press “ok”.
3) The device will now restore factory default settings. This can take 2-5 mins.
