Purchase Qualtrics

The University does not have a Qualtrics enterprise license. Some units purchase Qualtrics at the unit level, but access is restricted to those units and cannot be shared with others.

The University does have a SurveyMonkey enterprise license. Request SurveyMonkey access at the link below.

Units interested in purchasing Qualtrics must submit an Information Technology Software/Service Request for OIT approvals before placing orders.
