Purchasing Qualtrics

The University does not have a Qualtrics enterprise license. Some units purchase Qualtrics independently at the unit level, and access is limited to members of those specific units.

Units interested in purchasing Qualtrics must complete the required request and obtain Office of Information Technology (OIT) approval before placing an order.

Requesting SurveyMonkey

The University does have a SurveyMonkey enterprise license.

Faculty and staff may request access to SurveyMonkey using the link below. Access is subject to eligibility and approval through OIT.
