Overview
As of September 2023, all alumni and retirees are required to sign up for and utilize Microsoft (Azure) Authenticator. This is an added layer of protection on accounts to keep them safer from potential compromise.
This change will be rolling out to all of campus, replacing Duo, within the 23-24 school year.
Authenticator Guide
To setup the authenticator, please reference our official instruction guide.
If you experience difficulty setting up the authenticator, you can review Microsoft’s troubleshooting guide. Note: you must have some kind of lock on your phone to utilize the app [PIN, biometric, etc.].
