Blocked Email

Did you receive a message saying that “your IT department has blocked your email access” ? You might not have the ability to send or receive messages on the application that you saw that message on.

If this is this is the case, it is most likely due to a unsupported third-party application that you may be using. This is true if you are still able to access your email through (If you get a message saying “something went wrong” after logging in through here then this might be a separate issue and you will need to contact SalukiTech about it.)


First, make sure that your device and application have the most recent update installed. If this doesn’t solve the problem, you should try removing the email account from the application. Afterwards, add the email account again.

If re-adding the account does not resolve the issue, you may need to upgrade to the Outlook application.

These are the currently supported Outlook clients.

Outlook 365, Outlook 2016, Outlook for iPhone, Outlook for Android
