Troubleshoot Company Portal

Check Free Disk Space

• Verify the C: drive has at least 10 GB of free disk space.
• If prompted during installation, free up additional disk space.

Check Windows Version

• Verify the Windows version is supported:
  • Windows 11, Version 21H2 or newer
  • Windows 10, Version 22H2 only

Close Blocking Applications

• If prompted during installation, close any open applications that are blocking installation.

Restart Computer

1. Restart the computer to clear pending restarts and sign out disconnected users.
2. Login and open Company Portal to retry the installation.
