How to get service or order supplies for your GFI Copier/Printer

Equipment Identification & Service Requests
All machines are labeled with a 2″ × 3″ equipment identification tag, as shown in the example above. This tag contains all the information required to request service or supplies.

You may contact GFI Digital using one of the following methods:

Information to Include in Your Call or Email
Please be sure to include the following details to ensure timely assistance:
- Your name and contact information (email address and/or phone number)
- Your department or company name
- The Equipment ID number listed on the identification tag
- A brief description of the issue or request
Why the Equipment ID Number Is Important
The Equipment ID number links your request to critical information on file, including:
- The location of the machine
- The make and model of the equipment
Providing this number helps GFI Digital respond more quickly and accurately.
Contract Coverage Information
Under the SIUC contract, the following applies:
- Service calls: Included at no additional cost to departments
- Toner: Included at no additional cost to departments
- Staples: Not included — charges will be billed directly to the department
Important Notice About Toner Scams
GFI Digital will never call to request information about your machine or to solicit toner purchases. Unsolicited calls of this nature are commonly associated with toner pirating scams. If you receive such a call, do not provide any information and report it to your department or IT support.
