Requesting Process

To start, input your dawgtag numbers, either starting with 85 or 92.

Next select, your affiliation.

Then, select your device’s ownership.

Here, you select the software desired (Some software require additional payments).

Lastly, it will ask for a reason for the software.

Faculty & Staff

SIU Devices

Primary users of the device are the one that is able to download from the Company Portal

To get licensed software on a SIU windows device you can look up Company Portal in the windows search bar.

The Icon should be similar to the one below

On the left side of the window, click Apps, and download the required software.

Personal Devices

For faculty, most software is already connected to your SIU account, but some may still need to be requested.
