Open the SalukiTech Software link below to submit a software request. Upon approval, software installation will be pushed to the computer over the campus network.

Sign in ArcGIS Pro

1. Configure Licensing

1. Open the ArcGIS Pro app.
2. At the ArcGIS Sign In window, click Configure Licensing.

2. Licensing

Academic Users:

1. Select the License Type:
   • Named User License
2. Enter the ArcGIS Online URL:
   • https://siucarbondale.maps.arcgis.com/
3. Click OK.

Administrative/Non-Academic Users:

1. Select the License Type:
   • Named User License
2. Enter the ArcGIS Online URL:
   • https://siuc.maps.arcgis.com/
3. Click OK.

3. ArcGIS Sign In

Academic Users:

1. Click Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
2. Sign in with your @siu.edu.

Administrative/Non-Academic Users:

1. Enter your assigned ArcGIS Online username and password, not your @siu.edu credentials.
2. Click Sign In.
